Estranged as I am- from you lord.
humbly I kneel before the throne
of your eminence.
A traveling tear rolls toward
your adversarie's dwelling.
loudly within a deafening silence
you speak to my soul.
You tell me that tears roll down
toward Hell not because of gravity,
but because that's the heat that will
desolve the tear dry.
'Tear's aren't in heaven son,
not sad tears' you softly confide.
'they travel to their resting place...
here you smile with all the being created
so as the tears dry I impart the smile
then you may cry happy tears'.
estranged as I am- I realized as
I've always known, I am but a lost sheep
trudging the pastures that seem greener
all the while the estranged me finally
realized the greener fields were
artificial turf......
